On a
beautiful and sunny day in Belmar - Lake Como, the band and members
of the Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh, Old Bridge, NJ once again
lead the state's largest parade in celebration of St Patrick's day.
The
Pipe Band lead by Drum Major Jack Redden and Pipe Major John Hatton
were the lead off band and marched and played up Main Street in
Belmar. Right behind them were Parade Adjutant Dave Cummins,
club President Rob McKiernan, Vice President John Sheridan,
Corresponding Secretary Tom McGrath, Recording Secretary Bill
Jarvis, First Keeper Jim Hartwyk, Second Keeper Joe Patterson,
Steward Dennis Pinkiewicz, and 300 plus members.
